Reversed. Reversed, a bottleneck may be opening or a formerly concentrated role may be losing coherence. The card's useful distinction is between renewed participation and simple leakage, with attention on who can now contribute and what knowledge was never shared.
Upright. Reserves and clear limits can protect future choice. The tension begins when guarding money makes every useful expense feel threatening and separates the resource from the life it should support.
Reversed. Looser control may restore useful circulation or weaken a necessary safeguard. The actual effects of spending, leakage, or changed ownership determine which interpretation fits; release alone is not financial improvement.
